How to use or where to get libfaac or aac encoders

Hi
I'm trying to encode an AVI video file into MP4 but it appears AAC isn't present on the system. What's the solution? (64bit)

This will get all of your codecs and allow you to play most if not all formats:-) Takes all of 5 minutes if that. Excluding download time...
