Top bar always on top in KDE Netbook Remix

Hello,
I have a small question:
I can't find a way to set the top bar to be always on top. I can disable autohide but when I open a window it covers the bar and I can't see the close button or other info.
Is there a way to make it "always on top"?

I don't have a netbook remix in front of me but I believe it's not the window covering the bar but it's the bar auto-hiding.
This is the way it's been designed to make the most of the limited screen real estate on a netbook.

Normally the bar reappears when you move your mouse to the top.
