Firefox bookmarks lost after Lucid upgrade

I just upgraded to Lucid and discovered that my Firefox bookmarks are gone. This hasn't happened to me on any other upgrade. Can I recover them? And if so, how?

I'm sorry to hear about your issue. I don't know if they'll be preserved but, if they are, they'll be somewhere (as an HTML file probably) in ~/.kde/share/apps/firefox

Network Slave: Xubuntu 11.10-x86; Intel P4-Prescott on MSI; 2GB RAM; Nvidia FX5200

I would recommend XMarks http://www.xmarks.com/ for backing up your bookmarks and, optionally, passwords as well. It's great if you dual boot or have more than one computer. IMO it's a must have.
