Screen rools during installation

After picking to install Kubuntu and the penguin in the chair comes up the screen rolls. What do I need to do to fix this so I can install Kubuntu?

Lost here. Penguin in chair does not sound like a Kubuntu install disk at all. Even for an old version that is close to being End-of-life :eek:. But my memory might be off.

A more detailed description of what you are doing and using would be helpful. Which image file you are using, what sort of media you used and how you made the install disk, the computer you are trying to install Kubuntu on,

A bit more info will be needed before anyone can even attempt to help you, like the specks of your computer, what CPU, how mutch RAM, and what GPU

did you verify the MD5 of the downloaded .ISO and run the disk check on it after burning?

+why such an old ver. 12.04 is the curent LTS ver. (long term suport)
