When the engine is installed: System Settings > Appearance > Windows > Choose the engine and install the theme file.
Sometimes the engine do have own downloader: Aurorae - Get New Themes.
Sometime it doesn't have a downloader - then it has a instructions where to put the theme file.

but i need a gui method to install the engine.
doesn't kubuntu have such a thing like 'software center' in ubuntu?
