I have seen that I am not the only one having booting problems with the wubi installation of Kubuntu. The problem I am having is that my system here has WinXP, and Kubuntu dual booting. I can boot into windows just fine but when I try to boot into Kubuntu it will show the GRUB 1.98 and act like it wants to boot. After the grub goes away the screen goes back and the monitor pops up showing that there is no connection. I am drawing a blank now and am hoping someone here has fixed this or can point me in the direction. Thanks in advance.

Thank you for your quick reply. I have tried both files and they both give me the same problem. The new problem now is that Grub 1.97beta4 (which is a lower version some how than before) only allows me to enter commands, and doesn't even give me an option to boot into kubuntu.Comment
