When I'm watching a video or some program that streams video and audio, everything is fine until some new email arrives. When I get email, I have KMail setup to announce new mail with an sound. When that sound plays, the audio from the steaming media stops and does not come back until I close and reopen the media program. It's as if the email announcement audio is overriding all other audio.
Besides reconfiguring KMail to not announce new email, how can I fix this?
