I've installed Kubuntu 10.04 on my MacBook Pro. It worked well until I tried to run it this afternoon. Last night, prior to shutting down for the night, I installed MySQL. That seemed to work perfectly. That was the list thing I did before trying to get in today. Now all Kubuntu does is hang on the loading screen - blue background, kubuntu letters, then the window goes completely black. At that point the only choice I have is to shut down. There are several screens of shutdown messages, which may include error messages, but they scroll by so fast I can't read them. Can anyone help me out with this? It's kind of a pain to get everything installed and have to trash the whole thing and start over.
