My windows are losing about 35-50 px from the normal x0-y0 coordinates and will not maximize. Also the decor of the title bar I don't seem to be able to alter in the normal fashion from "Appearances"....this is all after initial install and full upgrade. I can drag them there now but they will not open there.
[edit] Now I can drag it maximized, but it will not on its own by the button control or menu
[edit] It seems two additional panels were added during the upgrade configuration,but not evident until some detailed inspection. Thanks for your help.
