I have at least 3 keys that don't work when i press them: the Fn key, superkey, and Alt key, i'm looking at system preferences but i can`t find an option to change the type of keyboard. Where can i change it?

System Settings> Regional & Language> Keyboard Layout
is the answer to your question. However, my not be the solution. If you have an unusual keyboard some keys may be "dead". Luckily there are was to resurrect them. Post again if you have no luck with Layout.
