Dolphin Menu Toolbar missing after upgrade

Lucid upgrade, AMD64 quad w/4gb ram and SATA drives, nVidia 9600 Gforce

I wanted to use the 'find' from the tools tab and noticed that the Menu Toolbar is missing. Is this change on purpose or a problem. If on purpose, how do I use a 'find' for folders and apps? Thanks for the help.

Nothing came up in this forum using search nor google.

Does Ctrl+F still launch the search app?

try hitting ctrl-m to bring back the Menubar (ie File, Edit, etc) It was not done on purpose.

Ctrl M does not restore the menu toolbar. I just noticed that Konqueror is missing the menu toolbar too.

Let's be clear here. Are you saying that you have no window decorations - you don't see:
File Edit View Go Tools Settings Help
            when Dolphin is running?
