Does anyone have any thoughts on the best type of filesystem to use for partitions that are shared between Windows and Linux? NTFS, of course, is understood by both, and there is a utility out there somewhere for Windows that provides support for ext2.

I wold stick with using NTFS. I haven't had any issues using it under Linux.
