I removed a fan rated for 0.14A. Can I replace it with one rated for 0.20A?

Although the new one pulls 50% more current than the old one, it's only .06 of an amp, so it would only be a problem if that circuit is already burdened to near its limit (i.e. if it is within .06A of its limit). If you could split that fan off on its own circuit, that would be a way to improve your chances, but it's probably OK as it is.
