    USB Audio accidentaly not recognized

Maybe the problem started with some update of Lucid. I always start my netbook Acer Aspire One D150 with usb speakers plugged in and sometimes rarely and sometimes frequently the netbook doesn't recognize them, as they weren't plugged at all. Usually it needs one restart, sometimes two to wake Kubuntu up.

I gave up solving the problem, but at least I would like to know if there is some command that I can run instead of shutdown and start. Some rmmod module / modprobe module or so.
    /etc/init.d/udev restart doesn't work.
Kubuntu 16.04 on two computers and Kubuntu 17.04 on DELL Latitude 13
