I just upgraded my Dell Vostro A90 (same as mini 9) to Lucid ( a couple days after beta-2 and a subsequent avalanche of updates in preparation for RC). It just works. The only exception being Suspend to RAM with an SD mounted:

It is booting to a full desktop (as measured by a script) in 26 seconds (33 in Karmic). Flash video is working noticeable better, I am not sure if it is a newer/better flash plugin, or a better xserver/driver.
