    Kubuntu to gnome mysteriously

All of a sudden I turn on my computer an kubuntu is now ubuntu and all my apps are kde so my computer was a mess so I ran
    Code:
    killall -g gnome-panel
    plasma-desktop
but now there is no widow managment ( the x the minimiz the _ and the maximize) and the I can't drag widows and they all fight to be on top so which ever window your mouse is on is on top and you can't type in the terminal anymore or run command (but I can copy and paste ) or type and move my mouse at the sametime and network management doesn't see any networks and the ony way to maximize is f11 fullscreen holy cow I can't do didly

    Open a Konsole and issue
    sudo apt-get install kubuntu-desktop

              I did
              Code:
              sudo apt-get remove gnome-*
              and that worked.
