cannot play any video files in lucid kubuntu remix

hai please help, i cannot play any video files in lucid, i already download all codec for totem, gstreamer, kaffeine and vlc but still cannot play any video files, i just can see flash video on firefox please help

Look at #9 in the FAQs in my signature. Did you follow that guide to install the non-free codecs, the Medibuntu repo, and everything?

What is your graphics card, and what driver are you using?

In a Konsole window, what is the output of

glxinfo

?

thank's for the answer, still not luck, so i installing again the kubuntu remix, and it's fix now by it self
