Trying to upgrade and getting error

I am try to upgrade to Lucid using "update-manager -d". When I get to the installing new packages I get a popup. I have attached a shot of the box that pops up. I may have a bug, but believe it may be unique to my computer. I think this because I have googled about and have not come up with this error during an upgrade to Lucid. I have found older instances and most seem to be associated with Wine. I do have win installed but removed it and tried again. No luck, the same error came up. I thought I would check with them minds here before I sent in a bug report.

Re: Trying to upgrade and getting error

I upgraded from Ubuntu 9.04 to 9.10 that way -- boy was that slow. The Live CD route is much faster, safer, cleaner, etc. but I had my reasons (too boring to list here) and would do it again. But boy is that slow. ;-)

What does your /etc/apt/sources.list look like? Not that this is your issue but I'll post an abbreviated version of mine.
