Good to know, but likely few will experience this, as the 'transition' where this appeared has now already been gone past.
Windows no longer obstructs my view.

Theoretically true, but depends on when you did the last update, how long you run with no update, and when you reboot. I last updated about Friday morning, and let it run until this morning when I needed to reboot for other reasons. Anyone who is still running after updating Thursday night or Friday morning may be in for a rude surprise at their next reboot. That's why I posted it.
