Anyone used kTorrent under Lucid?

In previous releases, clicking the x to close the program did not close the KTorrent, but just left it running in the background. An icon was left on the task panel to relaunch the program from. My system is not showing these icons, although they are still running.

Anyone else have this problem or is there a way to make it show?

Now and then with the Kubuntu 9.10 / KDE 4.3 there are applications hiding:

- They are not show on the desktop.
- Task manager doesn't show them. I'm using setting: "Only show tasks that are minimized".
- The pager plama widget is showing them.
- They can be make to show up with the window switcher (alt+tab).

Pure guess (it seems to me) that sometimes the normal windows are "under" tha plasma desktop - how it is possible - beats me.

I got it figured out. I had to add a widget called "System Tray V1.0" The description of it is: Access hidden application minimized in the system tray.

On an update, my whole task manager panel disappeared and I had to rebuild it. I guess I missed this widget.
