Missing ethais.

After todays upgrade (> Re: Todays upgrade breaking my system?) there was an error message:

Cannot open theme file /usr/share/kde4/apps/kdm/themes/ethais/

When checking the /usr/share/kde4/apps/kdm/themes/ethais/ there is only the "wallpapers" directory.

Temporary "fix":

Dowloading the new_kdm_theme.tar.gz, unpacking and inserting:

ethais.xml
KdmGreeterTheme.desktop
lineedit_active.png
lineedit_normal.png
lock.png
login_active.png
login_normal.png
pw_icon.png
rectangle_overlay.png
rectangle.png
screenshot.png
session_normal.png
system_normal.png
user_icon.png

to the /usr/share/kde4/apps/kdm/themes/ethais. Now everything seems to work

the way i fixed it was a fresh instal (from daily 2/9/2010)

From Power On:
1. hold shift to get to the grub2 menu and booted to recovery mode
2. drop in to root terminal
3. run this command to open kdmrc

nano /etc/kde4/kdm/kdmrc

4. press crtl+w and searched for "Theme=/"
5. added a '#' to comment out the line
6. crtl + X to exit and saved when asked
7. when at root console again type 'exit' bringing you back to the menu
8. choose resume boot. if for some reason that fails use crtl+alt+ del to reboot the machine

its a slight modification of the workaround found in the bug report but since there is no oxygen-air theme installed it just give the same error about oxygen-air
hopefully this will help some people out there get past this annoying bug till a fix is released.

EDIT::: after loging in the first time and doing normal updates (daily disks made after 2/09/10 should work)
you can reset the login theme using
System Settings-> Advanced ->Login Manager -> Theme and selecting Ethais then applying
